1. What if I’m not satisfied with the program?

If you are not completely satisfied with our training curriculum for any reason simply return the un-damaged materials in their original packaging and you will receive a prompt and courteous 100% refund of your full purchase price.  

2. What is the cost of the program?

The program cost is $189 and we accept all major credit cards.

Anyone looking to increase their knowledge in the commercial real estate finance process, the methods for analyzing loan requests and the most effective way to close a loan. This is ideal for mortgage brokers, borrowers, processors and all other industry professionals. 

4. What is the learning process?

The coursework utilizes both audio CD’s and a training manual. Users follow a logical progression of terms, concepts and then application of the material to real world scenarios.

5. How long is the course?

There are two 90 minute CD’s and a training manual/workbook that can be paired with the CD’s or listened to separately. In just 3 hours you will learn the commercial finance language, how the commercial loan process works, what information is required by lenders, the types of third party reports required and why, and how to enter inputs in our user-friendly loan analysis spreadsheets so you can analyze prospective commercial loans.

6. What is included in the training course?

The program includes a training manual/workbook, a CD-Rom (with tools, spreadsheets and examples) and two 90 minute audio CD’s.

7. How do I listen to/play the CD’s?

The CD’s are audio files that can be played in any standard CD player or personal computer with a compact disc player.

8. What third party reports are covered in the course?

Appraisal, environmental, seismic and engineering.

9. Does the program explain how commercial appraisals work?

Yes, there is a section about commercial appraisals that details the commercial appraisal components from a high level, how it is different from a residential appraisal, the typical cost for different types of appraisals, the typical timing, different valuation approaches, who typically orders the appraisal, and what information an appraiser typically needs for different property types.

10. What tools are included?

Included with the training materials is a CD-Rom that has analytical spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel required) that allow a user to underwrite different loan scenarios.

11. Is international shipping available?

Shipping is only available within the United States.

12. How long does it take to receive the materials?

Standard shipping is used and typically takes between 7-10 business days for delivery.  Faster shipping methods are available for an additional charge.
